About me

Hi, I’m Ellen—a busy mum of two, yoga teacher, dance-lover, and passionate foodie.

Movement has always been a part of my life. I grew up dancing from age two, eventually training at the same level as the Royal Ballet School. This foundation gave me a deep love for fluid movement and healthy alignment, both of which have carried into my twenty-year yoga practice.

Yoga became a real anchor for me—especially in the stress of my corporate career and, later, the whirlwind of early motherhood. After two c-section births, I barely recognised my own body and rarely found a peaceful moment. My path back to myself started with breathwork, then simple, imperfect yoga sessions in the middle of the chaos—often interrupted by tiny voices and surrounded by scattered toys.

I truly believe well-being isn’t about perfect routines—it’s about finding calm, however you can. As a qualified yoga teacher since 2020, I weave dance-like movement, mindful breath, and compassion into every class. My mission is to support parents of young children (ages 0–5) as they reclaim their health, energy and resilience through yoga, breathwork, and nourishing, practical food.

If you’re ready to nurture yourself in the mess and magic of family life, I’d love for you to dive deeper—visit my blog for helpful tips, nourishing recipes, and gentle guidance on your journey.
