1. About Us
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ellenashyoga.com (the "Site") and any digital products or services purchased through it, operated by Ellen Ash Yoga ("we," "us," "our"), a sole trader based in Leamington Spa, United Kingdom.
By purchasing a product or otherwise using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or make a purchase.
2. Our Offering
We provide digital wellness content for parents, including free resources (such as our email sequence) and paid digital programmes (such as Mental Quiet Reset). We also offer local in-person yoga classes; these Terms primarily concern our digital products.
Free content (e.g. the Calm in the Chaos Reset Series email sequence) is publicly accessible to anyone who subscribes.
Paid content (e.g. Mental Quiet Reset) is private and restricted to customers who have completed payment.
3. Target Audience
Our digital products are intended for general adult use. They are not intended for children. If you are under 18, please only use our services with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
4. Purchasing Process
Purchases are made via Stripe. To purchase, you provide your name and email address and complete payment through Stripe's secure checkout. No account or password is created on this Site; Stripe processes and stores your payment details in accordance with its own privacy policy.
All prices are displayed inclusive of any applicable fees or taxes. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay — no hidden costs are added.
By submitting your order and completing payment, you enter into a binding contract with us. No further confirmation from us is required for the contract to take effect, though you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email.
Mental Quiet Reset — Access and Right to Cancel
Mental Quiet Reset is a digital product delivered to you immediately upon completion of payment. Because of this immediate delivery, before you are given access, you will be asked to:
Expressly request and consent to immediate access to the content, and
Acknowledge that, by doing so, you lose your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) and Directive 2011/83/EU (EU) once access has begun.
If you do not provide this consent, access will not be granted immediately, and your standard 14-day statutory right to cancel will apply instead.
This does not affect the separate, voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee described in Section 7 below, which applies regardless of whether you have accessed the content.
5. Payment
Payment is a one-off charge, taken at the time of purchase via Stripe. We do not currently offer instalment payments or subscriptions.
6. Your Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer based in the UK or EU, you ordinarily have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) and Directive 2011/83/EU (EU).
However, because our paid digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, this right does not apply once you have accessed or downloaded the content, provided that:
We have obtained your express consent to immediate access, and
You have acknowledged that you lose your right to cancel once access begins.
You will be asked to confirm this at checkout.
7. Money-Back Guarantee
Separately from the statutory cancellation right above, we offer a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee on our paid digital products. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase at ellenashyoga@gmail.com and we will process a refund.
8. Health Disclaimer
Our content includes physical movement, breathing, and yoga-based practices. Please read this section carefully before using our paid or free content.
Our content is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
If you have any pre-existing health condition, injury, or concern, or if you are pregnant, please consult a doctor or qualified healthcare professional before beginning any practice featured in our content.
Where relevant, we include guidance on modifications for pregnancy within our content, but this is general guidance only and does not replace individual medical advice specific to your circumstances.
You participate in any movement or practice shown in our content entirely at your own risk. We accept no liability for any injury, loss, or harm arising from your use of our content.

All content on this Site, including videos, written guides, and downloadable materials, is owned by Ellen Ash Yoga and protected under copyright. All rights are reserved.
This means you may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly share, or otherwise make available any paid or free content without our prior written permission. Purchasing access to our paid content grants you a personal licence to use it for your own private, non-commercial purposes only.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site or our content, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access to restricted content, sharing your purchased content with others, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We provide our content "as is" and make no guarantee that it will meet your specific expectations or requirements.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our content or Site.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud).
No relationship of employment, agency, or partnership is created between you and us by your use of the Site or purchase of our products.
